Production Equipment
JDA factory is equipped with advanced production machine. There are Yamaha SMT machine and 540 COB machine, and which ensure the high efficiency and high precision of the production process.
YAMAHA SMT production line is the most advanced surface mount solution for assembly, which can mount electronic components to the PCB substrate at high speed and with high precision. The 540 COB bonding machine plays a vital role in connecting the chip directly to the printed circuit board, a key step in the production of high-performance LCD display.
